So the teacher search is in full force and it has been quite a challenge! Washington County School District is saying that they are having a severe teacher shortage and only expect it to get worse. The result is larger class sizes, less qualified and less appealing teacher hires, etc. We, too, have found the search to be more difficult than anticipated.
