Admissions process

Four clear steps

01 · Apply

First-stage application

Share parent and student basics, your learning goals, and your understanding of the cohort’s expectations.

02 · Meet

Family and student interview

We discuss learning needs, effort, behavior, parent participation, and whether the program is a responsible fit.

03 · Decide

Admissions decision

Zion Academy communicates its decision and any next steps for records or placement.

04 · Enroll

Enrollment and reimbursement help

Accepted families complete the enrollment agreement, pay tuition, and receive hands-on Custom Class reimbursement support.

Tuition

$2,500 for the year.

100% reimbursable through Custom Class.

How reimbursement works

  1. The parent pays Zion Academy.
  2. Zion Academy provides the receipt and required documentation.
  3. The parent submits the reimbursement request through Custom Class.
  4. A Zion Academy teacher assists the family through the process.

Tuition and refund policy

Annual tuition is $2,500. There are no required additional fees. Tuition is an annual commitment and is nonrefundable after the school year begins. The same tuition and refund terms apply to every enrolled family.
