Zion Academy respects the privacy of families who contact us about enrollment and our school community.

Information we collect
We collect information that a parent or guardian chooses to submit through our website, enrollment materials, or advertising inquiry forms. This may include the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, city or community, the student’s expected grade, and what the family hopes to gain from Zion Academy.
Our advertising inquiry forms are intended for parents and guardians, not children. Please do not submit medical, disability, or other sensitive information through an advertising form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to questions about Zion Academy, provide requested enrollment information, arrange conversations or visits, and manage applications. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising platforms
When a family submits an inquiry through Facebook or Instagram, Zion Academy receives the information entered in that form. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policies and terms. Zion Academy does not control Meta’s separate data practices.
Protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, although no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We keep inquiry and enrollment information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage enrollment, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
A parent or guardian may ask to access, correct, or delete information submitted to Zion Academy by emailing info@zion.academy. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with our legal obligations.
